The Directors of Regal Carpentry place great emphasis on customer satisfaction.
As one of the leading timber frame erection company’s in the UK, we have a responsibility to provide our customers with a comprehensive professional service in all areas of our work on site and in the office.
Everyone in the organisation has a responsibility to carry out their work safely and to the highest standard. Regal Carpentry also recognises the importance of teamwork and that all members of that team are of equal importance.
Comprehensive manuals are provided for each project detailing procedures for each stage of the works to be carried out. The requirements within our manuals are aimed at preventing unnecessary errors during the initial pricing process through to the completion of the site works, and implementing the means to prevent any re-occurrence of any mistakes / non conformance.
The systems detailed in the procedures manuals are to be strictly adhered to – allowing the quality of our service to be maintained both now and in the future.
Through regular internal audits and annual reviews carried out by both Regal Carpentry Directors and the UKTFA will ensure our Quality System remains fully compliant to industry standards.
