All procedures for each stage of the works are detailed in our Procedures Manual.  The requirements within our manual are aimed at preventing unnecessary errors during the initial pricing process through to the completion of the site works, and implementing the means to prevent any re-occurrence of any mistakes/non conformance.

The systems detailed in the Procedures Manual are to be strictly adhered to – allowing the quality of our service to be maintained both now and in the future.
