Quality policy statment The Directors of Regal Carpentry place great emphasis on customer
satisfaction.
As one of the leading timber frame erection company’s in the
U.K, we have a responsibility to provide our customers with a comprehensive
professional service in all areas of our work on site and in the office.
Everyone in the organisation has a responsibility to carry out his
or her work to the highest standard, working as a team recognising
that all members of that team are of equal importance.
All procedures for each stage of the works are detailed in our Procedures
Manual. The requirements within our manual are aimed at preventing
unnecessary errors during the initial pricing process through to the
completion of the site works, and implementing the means to prevent
any re-occurrence of any mistakes/non conformance.
The systems detailed in the Procedures Manual are to be strictly adhered
to – allowing the quality of our service to be maintained both
now and in the future.
Through regular internal audits and annual reviews carried out both by
Regal directors and UKTFA will ensure our Quality System remains fully
compliant to industry standards.
