CSCS
Regal
Carpentry are
fully supportive
of the CSCS scheme.
The CSCS scheme
(Construction
Certification
Scheme) is an
individual identification
and registration
card. The CSCS
card shows that
the card holder
is competent in
his or her job
and that they
have completed
the Health and
Safety awareness
training/test.
All
Regal’s
regular employees
are registered
on the scheme
and have regular
updates on Health
and Safety either
via tool box talks
or further training
courses.
All
new employees
are required to
register on the
scheme and complete
the Health and
Safety test within
two months of
joining the company.
UKTFA
Regal carpentry have committed
to the UKTFA training scheme,
all operatives are currently
registered and working towards
achieving bronze silver
or gold level by the end
of 2008. The UKTFA training
scheme is a comprehensive
training scheme covering
all aspects of timber frame
construction and is especially
geared towards health and
safety.
